Parking

Please note that there is no automatic right to park on Estate roads. Resident’s vehicles should be parked within the boundary of their property thereby avoiding unnecessary obstruction. Furthermore, the Estate owns the verges and they must not be parked upon.

Parking permits will be sent to residents once they have paid their annual  Estate charge. With effect from 1st May 2018 parking restrictions will apply to all Estate roads and verges. Parked vehicles not displaying a current resident’s or visitor’s parking permit risk being ticketed by our enforcement agents thereby incurring a legally enforceable parking charge. Parking restrictions are in place 24/7 and signage is located around the Estate explaining the salient points.

The Association employs a parking enforcement company (June 2019 – One Parking Solution) to ensure that our parking restrictions are complied with. Please ensure that you display the correct permit at all times when you are parking vehicles on estate roads and remember that no other stickers or notices will be recognised as valid.

The Association and managing agents will not be able to intercede with the enforcement agents.
